Quality

Commitment to quality has always been one of our core principles. IBAR was among the pioneers in implementing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in Brazil. In 1996, we achieved ISO 9001 certification, enabling us to standardize all our production processes and related activities to ensure the quality of our products and services.

Our Quality Management System was further refined, and in 2002, we began aligning with the NBR ISO 9001 (2000 version) standard, which focuses on continuous improvement and enhancing our competitiveness to better satisfy our customers. This certification process was completed in 2003.

This foundational work supported the expansion of our Quality Management System to other IBAR Group companies, including our Suzano-SP branch, IBAR Nordeste (Brumado-BA), and extended the scope at our main IBAR facility in Poá-SP.

We continually adopt improvement initiatives based on data analysis, customer needs, and ongoing training of our team members. We believe that a strong culture and continuous training are essential to the effectiveness and efficiency of our Quality Management System.

Currently, all IBAR Group units are certified under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (2015 version).
